Our position on Eradicating Poverty
At Global Youth Forum, we empower young people with relevant life skills to either get a job or turn their passions into enterprise. When young people are empowered to start their own enterprises or secure employment, they generate income to meet their needs and live better lives.
We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. At every opportunity we give our staff, members and volunteers the chance to enjoy sport and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed, now and in the future reaching their full potential. We’re talking about building personal confidence, teamwork, leadership, self awareness and managment, time management and resilience – skills that are so important in a modern and thriving 21st century jobs market.
